Retirement Mortgage Specialist

Mark Richards was born and raised in Paramus. He graduated Cum Laude from Syracuse University. He lives in Fair Lawn with his wife and two teenage children. He has been in the mortgage industry since 2009 working with borrowers to make the purchase of a home or refinancing their mortgage to their maximum financial benefit.

 

Mark has specialized in helping home owners 62+ with reverse mortgages since 2013 and in 2015 become certified as a Reverse Mortgage Planner. He works with the Ridgewood New Jersey branch of Fairway Independent Mortgage Corporation. Fairway offers an alternative to the big banks with their client centric focus, speed and precision. They have 1,300 loan officers in 250 offices and produced 17.5 billion dollars in mortgages in 2016.
